H. Paul deVivero, P.L.S.

President

Mr. deVivero has more than 35 years experience in providing professional surveying and mapping services. As President and Founder of Geodata Consultants, Inc., his primary responsibilities are Director of Operations and Senior Project Manager for the firm. His primary focus, since inception of the company, has been the training and management of the professional staff to insure quality and accuracy of the product and services provided to the clients. Mr. deVivero’s diversified experience enables him to provide Clients with professional surveys which are accurately prepared, on schedule, and cost effective. He has a broad range of municipal experience that ranges from providing surveys for the design of government facilities such as the Orange County Courthouse to community development projects which entail right-of-way surveys for acquisition, surveys for paving, drainage, water and sewer design. He has extensive experience with transportation projects, which ranges from PD&E projects, County roadway projects, Expressway Authority projects, and Interstate Highway projects for the Florida Department of Transportation. He has experience in providing both roadway design surveys as well as right-of-way control surveys, and right-of-way mapping. He has experience in preparing surveys for eminent domain services and expert witness testimony.

 

 

Teri A. Beck

Vice President

Ms. Beck started with Geodata Consultants, Inc. in 1994 and has 35 years of accounting and business operations experience. Ms. Beck is responsible for all financial functions of the company, including arranging and coordinating the company’s external audits, optimizing cash flow by maintaining strict controls over cash, preparing reports as required by regulatory agencies, as well as providing human resources and administrative  functions. Ms. Beck also assists in marketing for the firm, reviewing contracts, preparing audit packages, automated fee proposals and presentations. Ms. Beck’s extensive accounting background allows her to work closely with the corporate accountants for the annual corporate tax return and annual audit assessment for schedule of indirect costs. She is proficient in several accounting software programs and keeps current on all new tax laws.  Her expertise covers business operations, financial and tax management, and internal auditing.

 

 

David Winters P.S.M.

Project Surveyor

Mr. Winters has over twelve years of surveying and mapping experience. His experience includes institutional, municipal and transportation projects. His institutional experience has been primarily with the preparation of detailed topographic surveys for numerous public school sites. Municipal projects include minor roadway and intersection improvements, storm drainage improvement projects, and utility corridor improvement projects. These projects require the location and determination of existing right of ways and easements, as well as topographic surveys, asset inventory surveys, and the preparation of acquisition documents for easements. Mr. Winters' transportation experience includes both minor and major State Roads, Interstate Highways, and Expressways. He understands the requirements of the Central Florida Expressway Authority and the Florida Department of Transportation. He supervises the field operations, and oversees the processing of survey field data, and the preparation of survey deliverables. He provides Quality Assurance reviews of the right-of-way surveys and right-of-way maps. Mr. Winters takes pride in completing a project on time while meeting the client’s project requirements, and our Quality Standards.

 


Randy J. Holland, P.S.M.

Field Crew Supervisor

Mr. Holland has over thirty years of surveying experience. He resides in Minneola, Florida. Mr. Holland has a wide variety of experience in the surveying field and has managed his own business for over seven years before returning to Geodata Consultants, Inc. Mr. Holland has extensive experience in the field as well as in the office. He can take a survey from start to finish with the final cadd drawing in the office. He has experience in boundary and topographic surveys as well as construction surveys. Mr. Holland’s responsibilities at Geodata Consultants, Inc. include supervising and managing the field personnel. He is able to assist the survey crews with any issues that may arise and guide them in the proper direction. Mr. Holland takes pride in his work and is a very respected member of our company.
